Re-open the existing one. Thanks. Regarding your problem: it seems the required version of AqBanking is not present. One can identify it by an additional button in the "Special actions" section of the user edit dialog.
I can't find a "Bank Info Button". Please see "KM-Meldungen.pdf 3/7", I've attached last time. The other four buttons exist.

Per Thomas' Comment 1 - what version of aqbanking are you using? I don't use it at all, but the presence of the "Bank Info" button may have only been added in a more recent version than you have installed.

You use the following versions: gwenhywfar: 4.20.1.0 aqhbci: 5.8.0.0beta This is too old. KMyMoney requires at least gwenhywfar >= 4.99.16 aqbanking >= 5.99.32 to function properly with the new PSD2 stuff. aqbanking includes aqhbci btw.
Hallo, leider scheint in der Windows Version 4.8.4 nichts anderes als: gwenhywfar: 4.20.1.0 aqhbci: 5.8.0.0beta enthalten zu sein und da ich kein Ubuntu-User bin, brauche ich wohl ein Komplettpaket > 4.8.4, um an: gwenhywfar >= 4.99.16 aqbanking >= 5.99.32 ranzukommen.

There are unstable version for windows at https://download.kde.org/unstable/kmymoney/ with latest kmymoney, gwenhywfar and aqbanking snapshots. I was not able with this version to read back the last saved data completely. Bank account data was missing. ==> New setup of bank account not successfully (I don't know why)==> no mapping to online banking acoount possible. I am using mobileTAN and I was never asked for my mobile phone number ==> it can't work.

This dialog and all its logic is under the control of the upstream AqBanking and Gwenhywfar libraries. Due to my recent experience this requires at least aqbanking version > 6.0.1 and gwenhywfar > 5.1.2.
