SUMMARY
It's not possible to add a filter subscription until Ad Block has been enabled and the dialog box closed and reopened.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to KMail > Settings > Configure KMail > Plugins > Adblock Settings
2. Check 'Enable Ad Block'
3. Click 'Add Filters Subscriptions', chose any filter, click OK.

OBSERVED RESULT
The filter is not added to the Automatic Filters list.

EXPECTED RESULT
The filter should be added to the automatic filters list.

Workaround:
1. Go to KMail > Settings > Configure KMail > Plugins > Adblock Settings
2. Check 'Enable Ad Block'
3. Click OK.
4. Go back to Adblock Settings.
5. Click 'Add Filters Subscriptions', chose any filter, click OK.

I fixed a lot of bug in 5.12.x and it works now.
Please test with new version.

I've confirmed that this bug is still present, as described above, in 5.12.3, running on a fresh install of KDE Neon User Edition. It is also still present in 5.12.80 beta 1 (19.11.80), running on a fresh install of KDE Neon Developer Edition.
