STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set breeze dark theme in system settings > global theme 
2. open system settings > workspace behavior > screen locking > "Appearance" tab
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
See the attached screenshot.

EXPECTED RESULT
just one color tone
