SUMMARY
The release notes linked from valgrind.org, (http://valgrind.org/docs/manual/dist.news.html) are corrupted. It looks like a character encoding problem.

macOS 10.14.6, Firefox 70.0.1 and Chrome 78.0.3904.97

This has been fixed for a while.
