SUMMARY 
Hi. I set up plasma-desktop and some of my touchpad settings are grayed out


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. boot pc
2. go to settings
3. observe

OBSERVED RESULT
grayed out settings

EXPECTED RESULT
ability to toggle settings

This means that the Libinput driver believes that your device does not support those features. This may be incorrect, but it needs to be fixed at the Libinput level. Please file a bug for the Libinput developers here: https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/libinput/libinput/issues
