STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. create an animated clip with duration e.g. 8 s 2. apply it - works well 3. change duration and apply it - the result is unpredictable Have a look at attached zip file with sources and result. Clip "speaker 2" was changed from 20 s to 8 s. Thanks a lot for your report and the provided material! I test it with 20.12.3 and cannot reproduce anymore so I hope this has been fixed (For me the speed of the animation changed if I change the titles duration). Can you please update to the latest version (20.12.3 at the moment, https://kdenlive.org/en/download/), check if it is fixed for you too and give us feedback?
