Leave (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) and right click on desktop and selecting "Leave" doesn't do exactly the same thing for me - the first shows leaving options and the second executing the default leave option right away. As in System Settings > Startup and Shutdown > Desktop Session "Confirm logout" is unchecked in order for the selected "Default Leave Option" to be executed immediately somehow when using Ctrl+Alt+Del doesn't check the value of that option and always shows confirmation dialogue, while right click on the Desktop and selecting "Leave" does what is expected - executes the default leave option with no confirmation when the option is unchecked (and dispays confirmation when the option is checked). The behavior of these two "Leave" action options should be synchronized ... Looks like what's happening here is that the desktop context menu action respects the "confirm logout" setting, while ctrl+alt+delete does not. This seems like a bug to me, but upon investigation, it's possible that it's intentional since there's a companion "log out without confirmation" command (ctrl+shift+alt+delete). Still, I think it should probably respect the user's setting and make "log out" do the same thing as "log out without confirmation" when you have "confirm logout" unchecked.
I have tested ctrl+shift+alt+delete and nothing happens at all. When applied it in slightly different order ctrl+alt+shift+delete it likes exactly as ctrl+alt+delete for me - no change - shows confirmation dialog every time ...

When tested more I have found that when using a clean Kubuntu 19.10 or openSUSE Tumbleweed ctrl+shift+alt+delete (and ctrl+alt+shift+delete) works as expected therefore the problem reported before is specific for my current desktop configuration ... Good to know that it is intentional two have two variants for keyboard shortcuts for "Leave" command. After all we may leave things as they are ... :)
This'll be fixed for Plasma 6.
