There is obviously a packaging error of the file digikam-6.4.0.tar.xz, this file has ~3x the filesize of the previous versions:
ls digikam* -l

-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 335641824 5. Sep 20:44 digikam-6.3.0.tar.xz

There is a new folder in ./project/scripts/ named site which contains a complete(?) git checkout of digikam with 835MB of data.
