When i download Krita 4.2.7.1 the screen didn't show. First it was invincible, then when i maximize the screen is white. Help fix this bug.

please try checking if changing the render in settings->configure Krita->display between opengl and angle will make a difference.

If not, we'd like to see the data in help->system information for bugreports, please, in particular we need to know the opengl and graphics card information.

This didn't helped. Krita is still in a white screen for the whole time. I
wish i could show you the screenshot as an example of this problem but i
really don't know what its problem.

And if you disable canvas acceleration completely? And yes, the system information for bug reports is needed as well.
