With Show Face Tags OFF, a newly added face rectangle is hidden when mouse pointer is moved outside the new area

SUMMARY
When the "Show face tags" option is off, it's not as easy to add a new face. The rectangle along with the typing area is hidden as soon as the mouse is moved outside the newly added rectangle.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Turn "Show face tags" off.
2. Add a new face area rectangle
3. Move the mouse outside the new rectangle

OBSERVED RESULT
The rectangle and the typing window is hidden.
(If you begin to type, then the rectangle and typing stays even with the mouse moved outside the area.)

EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect the rectangle to be visible until I press either Confirm or Remove. Just as it is when the "Show face tags" option is turned ON.

The behavior is so intentional. Otherwise activate the view of the face rectangles. If a large number of face rectangles exist close to each other, only that in which the mouse pointer is currently located will be displayed in order to facilitate the work.
There are also users who first draw all faces rectangles and do not enter a name. The facial rectangles would then be annoying.
