SUMMARY
Trying to dnd an attachment from an encrypted mail into another mail does not work

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. have an encrypted mail with attachment (in clear text, decrypted)
2. drag and drop attachment into new mail
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
Instead of inserting the attachment - which works with unencrypted mail - just a line is placed in the new mail:
attachment:e0:1.2?place=body

EXPECTED RESULT
Attachment is attached to new mail
