The whole KDE has started to hang two times on customizing the task bar. Once I was adding a panel applet (desktop switcher). The other time I wanted to resize the task bar, i.e. make it bigger. The hang is severe as you need to execute systemctl restart sddm. You can not escape simply by pressing ESC. The whole GUI hangs and it does not react upon mouse clicks.
Yikes. Can you reproduce this issue on Plasma 5.17.x? the Plasma 5.15 series of releases is no longer formally supported.
