SUMMARY
I don't know what is going on, or if I am doin this correctly, but, something is wrong with the color wheel, everything is all neon, and the blending is all messed up. This is my favorite program, and I can't draw in it correctly without everything being all weird.

You're using the XYZ color model, instead of the RGB color model, that's reason for the weirdness in the color triangle.

Both the Advanced Color Selector, the color selector in the popup palette and the Small Color Selector seem to work intuitively, the only problematic one is Internal Color Selector in which colors switch randomly often and it's difficult to choose one specific color.
