Created attachment 123486 [details] KGet opening screenshot, shouldn't it be 'Download manager'? SUMMARY STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Open a not instantly opening app (example: Ark) 2. Hover over it 3. An info box comes up I see 'web browser' description Maybe use it's real description (for Ark it is 'Archiving tool') It is not only in Ark, it is on other software too Sometimes it's something else For example KGet shows up as Software Center or something SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Linux: neon 5.0.0-32-generic #34~18.04.2-Ubuntu SMP Thu Oct 10 10:36:02 UTC 2019 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux (available in About System) KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.1 KDE Frameworks Version: 5.63.0 Qt Version: 5.13.1

Please try with a newer version(plasma 5.23.5) and if this is not an issue any more let us know.
