STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set display scale factor to 1.2 in system settings > display and monitor > display configuration
2. restart plasma session 
3. click on "Vaults" icon in system tray, click on "Create a new Vault..." button

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, the buttons on bottom have pixelated icons.

EXPECTED RESULT
crisp icons

The icons look crisp with 125% display scale. :)
