STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set display scale factor to 1.2 in system settings > display and monitor > display configuration
2. restart plasma session
3. open system settings > application style > window decorations and select "Titlebar buttons" tab.

OBSERVED RESULT
As we can see in the attached screenshot, the icon that represents the apps icons is pixelated.

EXPECTED RESULT
crisp icon

It's always pixelated, even at integer scaling

As we can see in the screenshot attached to this comment, still an issue in "Configure titlebar buttons" section of "Window decorations" KCM.
