STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Download kmymoney for Windows from https://binary-factory.kde.org/job/KMyMoney_Release_win64/
2. start kmymoney
3. Add a checking account
4. Try to assign this account with an ofx online account from https://kmymoney.org/ofxtest.php

OBSERVED RESULT
The importer shows a dialog with the message mentioned in the bug summary

EXPECTED RESULT
This error should not occur.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: 7
KDE Frameworks 5.61.0
Qt 5.13.0 (built against 5.13.0)

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This problem seems to be caused by an incorrect query of a local path from a QUrl instance.path
