Crop Ratio lock is not respected when selected area is moved past canvas border with Grow checkbox unchecked.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select some area
2. Move selected are past image border
3. Move it back

OBSERVED RESULT
Actual ratio of the area doesn't match the number in Ratio field and ratio lock is not enforced

EXPECTED RESULT
Selected area should stop moving on collision with the canvas border

This has been fixed and should be available in the next version. thanks for reporting :)

You can try latest version of Krita 4.2 stable in Krita download page, select the "Krita Plus" download. (Krita next has the fix too, but its based on master which is unstable)
