There is no settings for Picture of the Day for lock screen

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open systemsettings -> Workspace Behaviour -> Screen Locking -> Appearance
2. Select Wallpaper Type: Picture of the Day

OBSERVED RESULT
No settings are shown
