(1) The mimetypes collection contains a link called "application-vnd-google-earth-kml", but this is not associated with any mime type.

(2) The following geospatial mime types could be assigned generic icons:
"application-gml+xml" > "text-xml"
"application-geo+json" > "application-json"
"application-vnd.google-earth.kml+xml" > "text-xml"
"application-vnd.google-earth.kmz" > "package-x-generic"
