SUMMARY
Dear maintainer and developers !

First of all: I reported this bug belonging to krusader; the maintainer simply removed it instead of moving it to here (writing, that it must be a bug concerning kio). I'm not amused for destroying my typing-work ! So this version is possibly not as detailed as the other one was...

krusader loses sometimes files when copying big folders into other existing folder-subtrees (maybe also when creating these folders by copy-actions). It happened without error-message. But the time was too short for such a big subtree to copy and the progress-bar seemed not to be completed - which maked me distrustful - and most of the files were missing in the target-directory-subtree. The file-system was ext4. This problem is an old KDE-problem (which I remember well) - in konqueror it's fixed since many years. This event is about three months ago, when buster has just become "stable". It would be great to make this an issue for further development because of data-integrity...

Regards
Harry Haller

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. I don't want it to be reproduced on my system because ob data-integrity of my file-system (ext4)
2. But I don't think (and hope), that it happens always
3.

OBSERVED RESULT
Many file were missing in the target-folder as described

EXPECTED RESULT
those files should be in the target-folder-sub-tree
