SUMMARY
I am unable to make shortcut with the meta key in visual shortcut editor. The only option (workaround) is edit config file in text editor.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Krusader.
2. Open from menu: Settings->Shortcut editor.
3. Try set some shortcut with the meta key (checked for meta+` combination).

OBSERVED RESULT
Editor adds two (or more) times the same shortcut when it contains meta key. When I save and close shortcut editor window then previous shortcut remain and works (this can be checked by presing previous key combination and in shrtcut editor when reopen it).

EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcut editor should properly handle meta key combination.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
This was observed on current KaOS Linux. This was not observed on Kubuntu nor KDE Neon (both based on Ubuntu 18.04), nor on Debian 9.

And developer recommended to me close this bug as it is pure KaOS related.
