Booting with nothing running yet and Plasma crashes. After booting the KDE Crash Handler appears but Plasma appears to function normally.

plasmashell (5.17.0) using Qt 5.13.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Right after boot.
1. i boot up my machine
2. i login with my username and password and press enter
3. after loading; i can see my latte dock, any notification messages, my mouse, i can summon krunner with alt+space and launch any app; but there is no wallpaper. the background is just black.
4. this happens 50% of the times
