It would be nice if cookies from whitelisted (1.-party) domains could be kept during deletion of cookies when "delete cookies on close" is activated.

I second this. Was about to open a feature request for this. I would like to delete all cookies when the browser is closed except for the whitelisted ones.

Ideally, you could mark individual cookies as "persists closing the browser".
