Description tromzy 2019-10-17 08:36:43 UTC
SUMMARY
In a Plasma Wayland session, when using a window decoration that is not Breeze (in my case : Qogir Aurorae), the first window I open has no window title at all. If I open another one, it has a window title (and all the next ones too).

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open a plasma Wayland session
2. Use a window decoration different than the default ones
3. Open a window

OBSERVED RESULT
No title bar

blurry window decoration without buttons, title and app icon if fractional display scaling is used

Same thing on my system. If fractional display scaling is used (1.2 scale factor in my case), window decorations are always blurry without buttons, title and app icon. Please see the attached screenshot taken while sweet aurorae theme is used.

Operating System: Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.1
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.63.0
Qt Version: 5.13.1
