SUMMARY
Since the upgrade to Plasma 5.17 today, my notifications are being muted because my screen is detected (by the notification application) to be mirrored, whilst really - my laptop's screen is disabled and my external monitor is enabled. Nothing is being mirrored.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attach external monitor
2. Disable laptop's screen
3. Use only external monitor

OBSERVED RESULT
Notifications are being muted because it is detected my screen is mirrored

EXPECTED RESULT
Notifications not to be affected, because there is no mirroring.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: KDE Neon
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.63.0
Qt Version: 5.13.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Please see the attached screenshots

PS: It is odd that my screens aren't both shown in the settings page, and a dot is shown in the bottom to "scroll" to the settings of the other screen. Is this by design now?

I'm only posting mainly to monitor the situation.
I just don't know if the "fix" will correct my issue because I use a desktop and don't have multiple monitors/displays, so there shouldn't be any mirroring going on.

Hmm, come to think of it, MAYBE it has something to do with how I have my DVI/HDMI set up.
I use a DVI connection because HDMI is screwy with my display.
BUT I use HDMI to my receiver solely for the times when I want audio go through my speakers instead of my headphones.
I mention this because I DID turn on the receiver probably an hour ago and only just now noticed the "muted" notifications icon.

The thing is, the "muting" had only been occurring with this recent version.
