SUMMARY

When wy try to resize standard round brush ( in any mode, soft , guasian etc  )  with using shortcut  "change primary Setting " option (in my case alt+ RMB) when we  resize brush more than  400 Pixels  resize "animation being laggy , not smooth as in the lower values 0-300 pixels 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Choose auto round brush in any mode  
2. Try to resize it with using "change primary mode " 
3. Try to reach values higher than 400 Px 

OBSERVED RESULT

Laggy resize brush Animation
EXPECTED RESULT

From what read in other topics I can say that bug have nothing to do with tablet settings . It appears only with round brush or with stamp but only with big stamps  (I mean big source stamp not brush size ,  main stamp bigger than 400 Px, with smaller one everything works just fine )  Any info about work on fix for that one ?

No, nobody is working on 412761 yet. If you have more information, it's best to attach it to that bug report, people don't usually read all duplicated when trying to fix a bug.
