SUMMARY
The title of the Add-on Installer window stays black on a white background no matter the color scheme.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change the color theme.
2. Go to the Add-on Installer.

OBSERVED RESULT
Black text on a white background.

EXPECTED RESULT
Colors matching the applied theme.
