SUMMARY

Okular does not claim the ability to open .djvu files on Windows even though it can. Reported via phabricator: https://phabricator.kde.org/T11874

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open .djvu file

OBSERVED RESULT
Can not select Okular to open the file

EXPECTED RESULT
Can select Okular to open the file

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows: version from Windows Store

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I'm not the one who created the Phabricator 'issue', but saw a similar report in reddit.

yep, opening the file manually from the applications works. It's just that it not showing up made me assume okular-extra-backends was not included in full somehow.

There's no such thing as "okular-extra-backends" it's an invention some distributions made up
