SUMMARY
There no listing under "Settings" listed as themes. There is "Color Themes" with nothing listed under it's sub menu.
Being on Mate, gtk, on Fedpra 30 it was fine.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Kdenlive
2.Click settings 
3. No sub menu "Themes"

I believe this is a downstream bug, fixed recently,

workaround:

dnf install qt5-qtquickcontrols2
