SUMMARY

The list of non-KDE dependencies for Ubuntu and derivatives[1] contains some outdated entries:

$ sudo apt install ...
...
Note, selecting 'libgpgme-dev' instead of 'libgpgme11-dev'
Note, selecting 'libpam0g-dev' instead of 'libpam-dev'
Note, selecting 'libxslt1-dev' instead of 'libxslt-dev'
Note, selecting 'perl-modules-5.28' instead of 'perl-modules'
...
E: Unable to locate package libkf5vkontakte-dev
E: Unable to locate package llvm-3.9
E: Couldn't find any package by glob 'llvm-3.9'
E: Couldn't find any package by regex 'llvm-3.9'
