This is distribution related, as the Neon devs have probably removed Qt4. Redirecting to Phonon.
Comment 2 Sönke Jensen 2019-10-10 16:53:27 UTC
Dear Myriam,

does a realistic expected time scale exist for the portation of amarok
to QT5?

Kindly and warm regards,
Sönke

It is largely ported but for the Context View plasma widgets that need to be ported to QML. Since we don't currently have anyone who has time and, most of all, willingness to work on this, I can't tell how long it ill take. Understand me right: it's not difficult, but tiresome and tedious work, and we can't force people to work on it in their free time...

If you can live without the Context View, you can already use the Qt5 port, it is shipped by several rolling release distributions.
