I have the same issue on manjaro since yesterday when updated to KDE Plasma 5.17.2.
I am also using multiple monitors.

Also:
I am using multiple termoid widgets which can't be resized smaller then before.
There is a new minimal size a widget can be, and it is too large for me.
Comment 2 Dries 2019-11-01 12:36:25 UTC
The issue is resolved in KDE Plasma 5.17.2

I've just ran into this issue with my KDE Plasma 5.17.1.

Dries, you've posted two contradicting comments: first you said you've noticed an issue with KDE Plasma 5.17.2 and then you said the issue is resolved with the same version of KDE Plasma. Please confirm if the issue has been resolved, or you made a typo. Thanks.
Comment 5 Dries 2019-11-02 12:44:13 UTC
It's a typo.
I had the problem in 5.17.1, it is resolved in 5.17.2 for me.
I can't change my old message.

Perfect. That makes sense now, thanks.

After another update, now I'm on KDE Plasma 5.17.3 and the bug still persist.
See my comment #3 above.
