SUMMARY Occasionally I'm experiencing an issue where a drop down menu (translucency enabled, no kvantum) experiences a bug. I believe it occurs when the menu is closed, but it picks up some background imagery from other windows below and then stays resident obscuring activity. I'm able to slide windows under it while it remains resident above everything. I believe this issue is occurring with steam for Linux. I've tried kill/kstart5 etc to restart kde/kwin without rebooting and switching to a new tty and back to desktop but I'm only able to resolve the issue with a reboot thus far. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1.
