Deadkey not working in many application under Wayland 
Deadkey like "é ê" impossible to entered in some applications like Firefox, Chrome, Gvim. But it is working under KDE application like Kate, Konsole, etc.

Please advise if it is issue of Wayland or third part application. Thanks

Could you advice how it can be reproduced on keyboards without Deadkeys?

I haven't Plasma on hand to check but it works in FF on Gnome wayland for me.
So it might be an app issue which was fixed, please confirm the issue persists for you.

Can't reproduce with:
Firefox 77.0.1 mozilla-flatpak
kwin 5.19.80
