Description Michal Janousek 2019-10-01 15:17:22 UTC
Even if I set up an association for TextMaker, over time docx supports associate as a zip. Older versions didn't do this to me. This happens when I copy files in docx or save just in TextMaker.

If you have instal WPS Office you can check in the "file associations" configure tools (System Settings -> Application -> File Associations" How many entries do you have for .docx entries. If you have 2 entries like in the attachment file, maybe you can use the solution from http://technologyinfinite.blogspot.com/2017/07/microsoft-documents-opens-via-ark-in.html

I Thank you for the tips. I've deleted associations in docx settings with zip. I don't understand how the zip could get into the docx association? But nothing solved it is even worse now opens Ark docx.

Thanks for the report Michael, can you please confirm if this issue still peresists.

On a side note, docx files are archives so if there is no other file association Ark will open them.
