If I click on album and press F5, digikam crashes within a few seconds. Maybe a size problem? STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Click on album 2. Press F5 3. Crash within a few seconds OBSERVED RESULT Crash EXPECTED RESULT No crash but scan process SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: 10 ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
No, no problem of size. Rather a broken image in the album. Please download DebugView from Microsoft and start it. Post the log from start to crash. Maik
Created attachment 122936 [details] log from start to crash
(In reply to fuerallesg from comment #2) > Created attachment 122936 [details] > log from start to crash Seems to be in context of a locked database. I have deleted the databases and created new ones but nothing changed. Hope someone can help. Thanks Thoms
Ok, this crash is already fixed. You can test the pre-release version of digiKam-6.4.0: https://files.kde.org/digikam/ Another thing is the external album. You should assign a drive letter to the network share. We do not support network paths. Maik
