SUMMARY
Dolphin/KDE does not respect the maximum wastebin size configured in prefs

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set max size to one gig
2. delete more than a gig of files

OBSERVED RESULT
four gig in trash

EXPECTED RESULT
less that one gig in trash

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Dolphin 17.12.3 on Ubuntu 18.04 LTS
KDE Frameworks 5.47.0
Qt 5.9.5 (built against 5.9.5)

Dolphin 19.12.1

On my system Dolphin 19.12.1 shows an error message when I try to delete a file bigger than the maximum size configured in its settings.


Operating System: Arch Linux 
KDE Plasma Version: 5.17.90
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.66.0
Qt Version: 5.14.1
