This is needed for Kate/KWrite and Spectacle's settings window in support of https://phabricator.kde.org/T10165. Maybe a big colorful floppy disk? :p The monochrome version is a floppy, after all.

Oh wow, the kfloppy icon's proportions are all wrong. Maybe fix that and make a symlink to it.
