Krita reported crashed when close

SUMMARY
When running Krita, Global Menu Dissapear. then, closed Krita dr konqi says "Krita Crashed"

Please complain to the distribution; this is something we just cannot fix because it's all downstream.

To be more exact: the crash on closing krita is a bug in Qt 5.13, the issue with the global menu is an issue with the distribution.
