STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click a file of type application (javascript, json)

OBSERVED RESULT
The file is opened with kate not with katepart.


EXPECTED RESULT
The file is opened/embedded with kdepart/konqueror.

Windows:

Qt Version: 5.12.5

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I assume something has changed in frameworks, it was fine with 5.61.
Opening in a terminal:
$ konqueror /home/test.json
I get a popup window with the message: "Do you really want to execute 'file:///home/test.json'?"
