Description Rafael Linux User 2019-09-26 12:45:17 UTC
SUMMARY
I try to select and drag two clips (one is a video and the other a backgrond color clip). When I try to select they (individually or no) they simply "dissapear". They are not deleted, are invisible in the track. If I change tracks zoom, they are visible and selectable again.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Insert a video and a color background clip in two tracks
2. Put some transition and effects
3. Try to select the inserted clips
4. Some dissapears at first time or at second time

OBSERVED RESULT
The clip is invisible in track (video is still there anyway) and is visible if I change tracks zoom

EXPECTED RESULT
To select clips in tracks as always, without issues.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Comment 1 emohr 2019-10-29 19:35:22 UTC
I could not reproduce.

Please try with the current Kdenlive AppImage version 19.08.2b to see if there are any packaging issues https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/

If the problem/issue doesn't occur when using the AppImage, then it's your configuration or packaging.

If the issue still appears please uploading here a screengrab (WeBM generates the smallest file size)

I'm sorry, after one month, I did some tricks to avoid the issue. I tried to reproduce following my own steps, but apparently is solved in latest AppImage version.

Thank you
