SUMMARY
With 2 monitors in extend to left composition. 
Applications opened everytime on left monitor. 
All screen configs are ignored. Principal monitor, special application settings...


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Connect 2 monitors and chose fussion to left in the popup settings
2. Option 1: Open application in right monitor
3. Option 2: Edit application config, more options, special settings, change monitor option at initially. Reeopen application

OBSERVED RESULT
The application is always open on the monitor on the left

EXPECTED RESULT
If I open an application on the monitor on the right, I hope it is opened on this monitor. 
If this is not possible, you can specify which monitor the application will open
