SUMMARY
"Free Times" has existed for years in t1-cyrillic. It is the only reason I stick with Debian based distros because I use it to write many of my books.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install t1-cyrillic package
2. reboot
3. Open LibreOffice and scroll down the font list to "Free" names.

OBSERVED RESULT

"Free Times" will not be there
EXPECTED RESULT
"Free Times" should be there
