SUMMARY
I'm hoping this is the right one? Referring to the system media controls that show in the tray and action menu, along with being synced to KDE Connect devices.

It would be nice if there was an option to support Discord Rich Presence and show what you're playing, as a universal solution.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open media player (in tray)
2. Select some sort of popout menu
3. Enable discord rich presence

Discord could be watching the MPRIS service to find out what the user is currently listening. Instant messaging apps like Kopete and Pidgin can do that.
