SUMMARY: "KDE-Story (1.0) - 0 B" appears each time Discover reports updates are needed, even when no other updates needed.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

3. Set Software Updater to Automatic.
4. Watch for a "New Updates" notification.

I'm a bit of a linux newb; sorry. Does you mean when the next new Ubuntu(LTS) is released, that I will get this fix?

FWIW there have been two newer versions of Ubuntu since the one you're using that both include the fix, but the next LTS version (20.04) isn't scheduled to be released until April or May of next year.
