Could you clarify how this is marked as a duplicate, given that the referenced bug (481510) was reported five years later?

The master bug is in a much better way written with more explanations and details. A KDE developer has already read it and he found a duplicate. Here is just a sentence. If you disagree feel free to reopen it

After contacting the KDE bug triaging team i was advised to leave the two bugs open. Since the newest wish requests 2 features, i was advised to changed it's title and leave a comment. So now we have two wishes for two distinct features
