SUMMARY
The Spotify web client isn't being picked up by KDE connect as a source of media playing therefore it's not possible to control it

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to https://open.spotify.com/
2. Play a song
3. While KDE connect is connected go to multimedia controls and see its not playing anything

OBSERVED RESULT
Media isn't playing according to KDE connect

EXPECTED RESULT
Media is playing and should be reflected in the multimedia controls plugin
