SUMMARY
the websites which are made with three.js are causing desktop go glitchy and unresponsive, only cursor is working, but its useless.
I've visited this website activetheory.net on google chrome with kde plasma 5.x and my desktop went glitchy and crazy 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. visit any threejs website in google-chrome-$any_release (eg. activetheory.net)
2. wait for it to load 
3. and suddenly glitch happens

Sounds like a terrible website that's taking up too many resources, and Chrome isn't able to stop it. This should be reported first to the website's developers, and then to Google for them to improve how Chrome handles misbehaving websites.
