SUMMARY the websites which are made with three.js are causing desktop go glitchy and unresponsive, only cursor is working, but its useless. Sounds like a terrible website that's taking up too many resources, and Chrome isn't able to stop it. This should be reported first to the website's developers, and then to Google for them to improve how Chrome handles misbehaving websites.
