We're working on a new telemetry/user feedback KCM: https://phabricator.kde.org/D24011

It's targeted for Plasma 5.18, so needs a dedicated icon before Frameworks 5.66 (the Frameworks version that Plasma 5.18 will depend on). Since the whole concept of telemetry (even off-by-default opt in telemetry, as we're doing here) is scary to some people ideally this icon should be soothing and pleasant-looking.

I rather like Apple's icon: https://iaccessibility.net/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/Apple-Privacy-icon.jpg

Alternatively maybe we could put a heart or thumbs-up symbol inside a speech bubble background.
